Published extracts from the Transactions of the Association. The 1879 address is entitled "The Rise of American Dermatology"; the 1880 address is entitled "The Foundation of American Dermatology." Both pamphlets are signed by the author (1879 address specifically to Dr. Brinton).

Also included are several photographic portraits of Dr. Lorenz published in the Jeffersonian, Jan. 1903.

The first is a quiz on the anatomy of the leg from a physiology recitation session held by Dr. Lucius Tuttle; the second is a quiz on cardiac functions given by Dr. John Chalmers Da Costa, May 6, 1915. Appended to the latter are Druffner's notes on hygiene lectures given by Dr. Randle Rosenberger, Jan. 1915.
