Biographical / Historical

Elaine Keiser Carroll graduated from the Jefferson School of Nursing in 1943. She then served in the US Army Nurse Corps in the Persian Gulf command during WWII and later went on to work as a nurse anesthetist at Harrisburg Hospital.
