From the Series: This series contains a variety of resources relating to self-care and homemaking activities for the disabled, put together for patients, professionals or students by sources such as The American Heart Institute (AHA), The Institute for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. The series includes AHA booklets from the 1950s and the 1960s, a manual for training the disabled homemaker (1965), and lecture notes and mimeographed materials for a course on activities of daily living given ca.1967.
