Bound typescripts of notes and transcripts of clinical cases at Jefferson Medical College Hospital and elsewhere, led by Drs. McCrae, Funk, Burns, Bauer, Bland, Rugh and others. Also includes a small amount of correspondence, personal impressions of Ezell's internship and other personal papers. Enclosed in vol. 2 are loose research articles by F.J. Putney, M.D., 1940-1948.
